She explained all of my options for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy with professionalism, empathy, and care. Her compassion gave me hope and confidence about my next steps. Estephanie, the nurse, was also incredible. She carefully took my vitals, drew my blood, and performed my EKG, explaining each step in detail so that I felt completely at ease. The entire team made me feel valued and cared for. He and the other staff members are very responsive. They have an extensive line of peptides and great brochure that is very informative.
